These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms," "this Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you" or "your") and aar999 ("the Platform," "we," "us" or "our") in respect of your access to and use of the aar999 website located at https://aar999.cam and all associated services, products, features and content made available thereon.

aar999 is an English-language online gambling information and gaming platform targeted at adult players. The Platform provides sports betting, live casino, slots, table games and related gaming content. All services are provided for entertainment purposes to eligible adult users only.

• aar999 reserves the right to suspend, freeze or close any Account at any time for operational, regulatory or security reasons, with or without prior notice.
• KYC documentation must be submitted and approved before any withdrawal request is processed. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification (e.g., National Identity Card, Passport) and proof of address issued within the preceding three months.

A User may request a withdrawal of available, withdrawable funds from their Account subject to satisfying all of the following conditions:

• The withdrawal amount meets the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold for the selected payment method.
• The account is in good standing — no pending disputes, security flags or outstanding compliance requests.

aar999 may from time to time offer bonuses, welcome offers, reload promotions, free spins, cashback and other promotional incentives. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are stated at the point of each offer. The following general bonus rules apply unless superseded by specific offer terms:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. Example: a PKR 1,000 bonus at 30× rollover requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers. This is an illustrative example — always verify the applicable multiplier in the specific offer terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider betting or fraudulent conduct in relation to any sport or event.
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Exploiting any software bug, vulnerability or technical error for financial gain. Discovered bugs must be reported to support immediately.
• Chargeback fraud — disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider to reclaim deposited funds.

• Technical failures, interruptions, errors or omissions affecting the Platform or any game session.
• Unauthorised access to or use of your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Actions of third-party payment providers, including delays, errors or refusals in processing deposits or withdrawals.

aar999 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis.

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the relevant account in accordance with the following provisions:

• Voluntary Closure by User: You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any remaining withdrawable balance (after satisfaction of applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to you via a verified payment method subject to KYC completion.
• Closure by aar999: aar999 may suspend or permanently close your Account — with or without prior notice — in cases including (but not limited to): breach of these Terms, provision of false information, fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, self-exclusion request, or regulatory requirement.
• Upon closure for breach or fraudulent conduct, aar999 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the Account balance and to retain funds pending investigation or legal proceedings.
• Closure by aar999 in the absence of any breach will not result in forfeiture of verifiably legitimate withdrawable balances.

aar999 reserves the right to revise, update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable gaming licence. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any applicable provincial legislation may independently apply to their activities.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should contact aar999 support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration or the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the operator's licensing authority, as applicable.
